Peak Dining is situated within the Iceworks precinct and combines elegance with an intimate ambience and unparalleled service.

This facility offers a European influenced modern Australian menu and a degustation menu focused on exploring the culinary delights of the world. This is complemented by an exceptional and evolving wine list incorporating wines from Australia, New Zealand, France and Italy.
